RETURN POLICY

We understand that issues may arise with the products you receive sometimes. In these situations, we aim to satisfy our customers by offering to replace the products. Note that we do not offer refunds.  

Please Review Our Return Policy Below:

1. Products With Issues:

If you receive a defective product, we will gladly provide a replacement. So, Contact our customer team, who will help you initiate the replacement process within 30 days of receiving the product. Ensure you provide proof of the defect, such as photographs or videos, to help us process your request promptly.

2. Products Damaged In Transport:

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, contact our customer team within 7 days of delivery. Once the damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. For proof of verification, kindly send us photos and an unpacking video of the damaged product and packaging.

3. Missing Products:

If any product(s) are missing from your order, please inform our customer team immediately or within 3 days of receiving the product. To process your claim, we require an unpacking video showing the packaging and products.

4. Wrong Product Received:

If you receive the wrong product, we will provide a replacement for the correct item. Please notify our customer team within 7 days of receiving the incorrect product. Please include a photo of the received product, an unpacking video, and your order details to facilitate the replacement.

Note:

Personal preference or dislike of the product is not a valid reason for a return.

What Is The Process To Return A Product?

Step 1: 
  • Complete the form using the following link:  👉 https://bit.ly/44YCBnu from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM – 5 PM within 3 working days of receiving your parcel. 
  • State the reason for the return and include your order details.
  • The product is sold well if customers are not informed within 3 working days of a return.
Step 2: 
  • Please await a written confirmation from our end to initiate the return.
Step 3: 
  • Seal the package properly and courier it to the address where you received the product.
  • Ensure the package is sealed correctly, as safe delivery is your responsibility.
Step 4:
  • Please email or WhatsApp us an image or unpacking video of the sealed package. This will assist us in verifying the condition of the returned item. Please include your order number in the subject line.
  • If you do not email us before returning the product, it will be considered an unidentified return and will be returned to the sender.
Step 5:
  • Once we receive the products, it will take us 2-3 business days to do the quality check.
  • We will contact you via email about the status of your return.
  • If your claim is valid and approved by our Customer Care Executives, you will receive a return product.
  • Bliss Natural will process the return within 7-10 days of receiving the product using the same purchasing process.
