We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketplace Specialist to join our growing team. As a Marketplace Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and growth across our various online marketplaces. You will also be responsible for managing our seller accounts, optimising product listings, and analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and growth across our various online marketplaces
- Manage our seller accounts, including creating and maintaining listings, responding to customer inquiries, and handling returns
- Optimise product listings for search engines and marketplaces
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement in sales, listings, and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in online marketplaces and e-commerce
- Work closely with other departments, such as product development and sales, to ensure that our products are well-positioned for success in the online marketplace
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in online marketplace marketing
- Strong knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and online advertising
- Experience with managing seller accounts on online marketplaces
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
